Built on a foundation of nearly 20 years in the construction industry, Beasley Construction Advisors LLC helps Owners, Investors, and Lenders navigate the planning and execution of commercial construction. After serving in the United States Army, Damon earned a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management at the University of Louisiana Monroe. Through travels abroad as a service member and nationally as a professional, he and his family call Oklahoma home. 

 

Damon's professional experience includes structural steel fabrication, estimating, managing residential & commercial construction, and commercial construction consulting for the financial sector. His portfolio of construction experience includes projects in elementary, secondary, and higher education, religious, healthcare, industrial, commercial business, restaurant, multi-family, and non-profit. Damon has consulted on a variety of projects across the United States providing risk management for banks and private equity firms.  Damon's passion for the construction industry and collaborative problem solving for the good of the project, led him to establish Beasley Construction Advisors LLC.

 

Damon strives to form a positive, non-adversarial, team environment among the development team by building relationships that survive beyond project completion. Each member of the team brings a unique skillset, talent, and body of knowledge that must be fully utilized for the project to be successful. Honest and transparent communication, the demonstration of leadership and personal responsibility, and proper management of construction processes equals success.
